降钙素原对新生儿重症细菌感染的早期诊治意义

目的探讨降钙素原在新生儿重症感染中的表达水平,分析其临床价值。方法选取92例笔者所在科室住院治疗的新生儿,分为重症感染组37例及局部感染组55例,选取30例非感染性住院治疗的新生儿作为对照组,比较3组新生儿PCT与白细胞计数水平,分析其对于感染的早期诊断意义。结果重症感染组降钙素原高于局部感染组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);局部感染组降钙素原高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重症感染组,差异阳性率及分级情况明显高于局部感染组和对照组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿血清,差异水平的监测对疾病早期诊断、病情程度判断具有重要价值。

Early diagnostic value of procalcitonin in neonate with severe infection

Objective To investigate Procalcitonin for early diagnosis of neonatal infection,analyse the clinical significance. Methods Select 92 neonates in our department and divide them into two groups such as severe infection group(37 neonates) and local infection group(55 neonates). While choose 30 neonates as control group. Make comparison between three groups in PCT and white blood cell count. Results PCT in neonatal severe infection group were significantly higher than those in local infection group and control group(P < 0.05);PCT in neonates with local infection were significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05);The positive rate of PCT in severe infection group was the highest. Conclusion The measurement of PCT is very important to the early diagnosis of neonatal infection.
