围产期窒息对新生儿肾功能的影响

摘    要:测定85例窒息新生儿血清尿素氮、肌酐,电解质及尿pH和渗透压值,重度窒息者同时进行血气分析。结果发现重度窒息新生儿尿素氮及肌酐显著高于轻度窒息者,重度窒息新生儿氮质血症,急性肾衰和低钠血症发生率(50.0%、30.0%和37.5%)亦显著高于轻度窒息者(17.8%、4.4%和15.6%)。窒息新生儿尿pH值增高而渗透压降低,重度窒息者更为明显。

Abstract:Blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, electrolytes, urine pH, and osmola-lity were measured in 85 asphyctic newborn infants. Blood gas analyses were performed in all severe asphyctic neonates. The results showed that the levels of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in severe asphyctic neonates were significantly higher than those in mild ones. The incidences of azotcmia, acute renal failure and hyponatrcmia in severe asphyctic neonates (50.0 %, 30.0 % and 37.5 %) were also markedly higher than those in mild ones (17.8%, 4.4 % and 15.6%). The urine pH of asphyctic infants increased whereas their urine osmolality decreased, especially in severe cases.
