心肌缺血再灌注损伤后家兔血浆ET、CGRP含量变化的研究

摘    要:目的:研究血浆内皮素(ET)与降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)在心肌缺血再灌注损伤后含量变化及意义。方法:制作家兔心肌缺血再灌注模型,40只家兔随机分为非缺血对照组(A组)、缺血再灌注损伤组(B组),观察两组家兔血浆ET、CGRP含量变化。结果:与对照组比较心肌缺血再灌注损伤后血浆ET含量明显增高(P〈0.05)。而血浆CGRP含量降低(P〈0.05)。结论:在心肌缺血再灌注损伤后ET、CGRP含量变化可能在心肌缺血再灌注损伤病理生理过程中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the changes of plasma level of endothelia(ET) and calcitonin gene related-peptide(CGRP) in rabbits after injury of myocardial ischemia reperfusion.Methods: The rabbits model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury were established;forty rabbits were divided randomly into two groups:group A undergoing all procedures except for ischemia reperfusion,group B given ischemia reperfusion,In every group level of plasma endothelialine and calcitonin gene related-peptide were measured.Results: Compared with A group,the plasma level of ET was significantly increased(P<0.05),but CGRP was significant decreased(P<0.05).Conclusions: After myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rabbits,changes of level of plasma endothelialine and calcitonin gene related-peptide in rabbits could be a regulating mechanism and they can play an important role during pathophysiological duration of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
