饮用水微囊藻毒素与消化道恶性肿瘤死亡率关系的流行病学研究

摘    要:目的 研究饮用水微囊藻毒素(MC)与消化道主要恶性肿瘤死亡率的关系。方法 在无锡市选取l0个饮水类型不同的乡镇或街道作为调查点,收集l992—2000年各调查点恶性肿瘤的死亡资料,同时采集不同类型水样,综合评价各调查点MC的暴露水平,分析饮用水MC暴露等级与恶性肿瘤死亡率的相关关系。结果 饮用水MC暴露等级与男性胃癌和男性各部位合计恶性肿瘤的标化死亡率呈现正相关;与男性肠癌的标化死亡率呈现负相关(P<0.05)。结论 饮水MC污染可能与男性消化道恶性肿瘤死亡率,尤其是胃癌死亡率的上升有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship of microcystins(MC) in drinking water to cancer mortality.Methods An ecological study was carried out in Wuxi.Ten districts and counties with different types of drinking water were selected.Cancer mortality during 1992 to 2000 was collected,and the MC contents in different types of drinking water were tested for evaluating the level of MC exposure.The relationship between cancer mortality and MC in drinking water was analyzed.Results MC in drinking water was positively correlated with the mortality of male stomach cancer and the standardized mortality of male overall cancers; and was negatively correlated with the male intestine cancer mortality(P<0.05).Conclusion MC in drinking water may lead to increased cancer mortality,especially stomach cancer mortality in male group.
