早期梅毒188例临床分析

目的探讨早期梅毒的临床特点及疗效。方法对188例早期梅毒患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果1．88例梅毒患者男女比例为1．64：1，年龄主要集中在21～50岁，传播途径以卖淫嫖娼及其他非婚性接触为主。一期梅毒74例（39．36％），均表现为生殖器部位的硬下疳；二期梅毒55例（29．26％），以掌跖梅毒疹、扁平湿疣、斑疹样皮损为主；一、二期梅毒同时存在5例（2．66％），表现为硬下疳合并其他皮肤黏膜损害；早期潜伏梅毒54例（28．72％），临床无任何症状。完成随访的98例患者中，15例（15．31％）患者在随访结束时表现为血清固定。结论早期梅毒有一定的临床特点。早期梅毒临床表现多种多样，易误诊、漏诊。潜伏梅毒相当常见，所以对高危人群的梅毒血清学筛查是非常必要的。

Clinical analysis of early syphilis in 188 cases

Objective To study the clinical features and curative effects of early syphilis. Methods The clinical data of 188 cases of early syphilis were retrospectively analyzed. Results One hundred and eighty-eight cases of syphilis aged from 21 to 50 years old had a male/female ratio of 1.64： 1. The dominant way of transmission was by prostitution and non-marital sexual contact. Stage Ⅰ syphilis accounted for 74 cases （39.36%） with hard chancre in the genitals, and stage Ⅱ syphilis accounted for 55 cases （29.26%） with syphilid palmaris or plantaris, flat condyloma and macule skin lesions as major manifestations. There were 5 cases （2.66%） with both stage Ⅰ and stage Ⅱ syphilis, with hard chancre and other skin and mucosal lesions. Fifty-four patients （28.72%） were early latent syphilis without any clinical symptoms. Among the 98 cases with complete follow-up data, 15 （ 15.31% ） were serofast at the end of follow-up. Conclusion Early syphilis does have some clinical characteristics and with varied clinical manifestations making it very common for misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Therefore, syphilis serology for high risk population is very necessary.
