| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高频超声在类风湿性关节炎(RA)膝关节病变中的诊断价值.方法 选择156例RA患者312个膝关节行高频超声检查,观察二维声像图和彩色多普勒血流成像特征.结果 病变关节出现不同程度的滑膜增厚、血管翳形成、关节积液、软骨及骨质破坏等表现.结论 高频超声检查可为类风湿性关节炎提供可靠的诊断指标,是临床诊断RA敏感、客观的检查方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound on knee joint diseases of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods 312 knee joint in 156 patients with RA were studied with high-frequency ultrasound and color doppler flow imaging.Results The main changes including synovial hyperplasia,pannus formation,joint effusion,articular cartilage de- struction and bone erosions were detected clearly by sonography of the damage of joints.Conclu- sion The high-frequency ultrasound can provide reliable... |
