半导体激光联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨半导体激光联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的有效性和安全性。方法带状疱疹后神经痛患者55例,分成治疗组和对照组,分别行半导体激光照射联合口服普瑞巴林和单独口服普瑞巴林治疗,疗程2周,比较患者的疗效及不良反应。结果两组患者的治疗总有效率分别为77.8%、64.3%。两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分比较差异均有显著意义(P〈0.05)。治疗组与对照组疗后视觉模拟评分比较差异有显著意义(P〈0.05),治疗组效果优于对照组。不良反应有头晕、嗜睡等。结论半导体激光联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛安全有效。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combined therapy with semiconductor laser and pregabalin in treating patients with post herpetic neuralgia(PHN). Methods Fifty-five patients with PHN were enrolled and divided into 2 groups.The two groups received the combined therapy of semiconductor laser and pregabalin and the sole therapy of pregabalin respectively for 2 weeks.All patients were followed up for the efficacy and side effects. Results The total effective rates of the two groups were 77.8% and 64.3% respectively after two weeks’ treatment.The distinction of visual analogue scale before and after the therapy in either group revealed statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There is also obvious statistical difference(P<0.05) between the groups in visual analogue scale.The most common adverse events include dizziness and hypersomnia.No severe side effect was observed. Conclusions Semiconductor laser in conjunction with pregabalin is effective and safe in treating PHN.
