舒肝解郁胶囊治疗抑郁症的临床疗效分析

目的 探讨舒肝解郁胶囊治疗抑郁症的临床疗效.方法 110例抑郁症患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组口服文拉法辛缓释片(每片75 mg),1次/d;治疗组在服用文拉法辛缓释片的基础上,加服疏肝解郁胶囊(0.36 g/粒)治疗,2粒/次,2次/d.评价两组患者的疗效、生活满意度及不良反应.结果 治疗组的总有效率为96.4％,明显高于对照组,;治疗组生活质量各项评分明显高于对照组.结果具有统计学意义.治疗组的不良反应包括食欲不振、失眠.对照组的不良反应包括食欲减退、视力模糊、便秘等.血常规、肝肾功能、心电图等检查,两组间差异无统计学意义.结论 舒肝解郁胶囊可治疗抑郁症,其耐受性高,药物不良反应少,起效较快,适合临床推广应用.

Clinical analysis of Shuganjieyu capsule in treatment of depression

Objective To research the clinical analysis of Shuganjieyu capsule treating with depression.Methods 110 patients with depression were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group were administrated venlafaxine extended release tablets(75 mg per tablet),1 times a day.While the treatment group were taking venlafaxine extended release tablets plus Shuganjieyu capsule(0.36 g/particle),2 tablets each time,2 times a day.Evaluation of two groups of patients,life satisfaction and adverse reaction were compared.Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 96.4%,which significantly higher than the control group,quality score of life in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.And all above results were with statistical significance.The adverse reactions in treatment group include loss of appetite,insomnia.The adverse reactions of control group include loss of appetite,blurred vision,constipation etc.However,to the blood routine,liver function,electrocardiogram examination,two groups showed no significant difference.Conclusion Shuganjieyu capsule in treating with depression,its advantage are high tolerability,less adverse drug reaction,fast effect,and it is suitable for clinical application.
