前列地尔注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Alprostadil Injection for the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

[Objective] To evaluate the efficacy of alprostadil injection for the treatment of chronic heart failure （CHF）. [Methods] Forty eight patients with CHF were randomly divided into observation group and treatment group. All patients were given routine CHF treatment. The observation group was additionally treated with alprostadil injection 10μg/d for 7 days. The cardiac functional grading（NYHA grade）, serum level of brain natriuretie peptide（BNP） and cardiac function index assessed by echocardiogram were compared before and after treatment. The side effects were observed during medication. [Results]After treatment, the Cardiac function was improved and serum BNP level decreased in two groups. The improvement of cardiac function in observation group was more significant than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）, and the efficacy of observation group was better than that of control group（ P 〈0.05）. There was no severe adverse reaction in observation group. [Conclusion] Al prostadil injection is effective for the treatment of CHF with little adverse reaction.
