上海市某社区成年人肠易激综合征患病情况分析

对上海市长征镇社区的595名成年人进行问卷调查。结果显示，595名社区成年人群中患有肠易激综合征（符合罗马Ⅲ诊断标准）者73人，检出率12．3％；不同年龄、职业性质和是否存在抑郁症状者肠易激综合征检出率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05或0．01）。提示肠易激综合征在社区人群中患病率较高，可能同时伴有抑郁症状，应引起全科医生的重视。

Prevalence of irritable bowel syndrome in adults of a Shanghai community

A survey on the prevalence of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) was conducted in 595 adults from Changzheng Community of Shanghai. The results showed that 73 out of 595 subjects had irritable bowel syndrome (according to the Rome Ⅲ criterion) with a prevalence rate of 12.3%. There were significant differences in prevalence of IBS among residents with different ages and jobs, and with or without depression (P < 0. 05, or 0. 01). The findings indicate that the prevalence rate of IBS is high in community,so attention should be paid in general practice.
