| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术前心理护理干预对行老年性白内障手术患者的影响。方法将110例老年白内障患者随机分为实验组和对照组各55例,对照组患者给予术前常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上加强心理护理干预。比较两组患者术前后血压、心率及心理状态情况。结果心理护理干预后,实验组患者血压、心率及焦虑方面优于对照组,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论术前心理干预可减轻老年白内障患者焦虑情绪,降低或缓解患者对手术的心理、生理应激反应,从而提高手术质量,有利于术后康复。
