| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨内障丸对青春期PCOS大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡因子Bcl-2及Bax表达的影响。方法：以23日龄幼年SD清洁雌性大鼠为研究对象，应用皮下埋植左炔诺孕酮硅胶棒联合皮下注射HCG法建立青春期PCOS动物模型，运用免疫组织化学SABC方法及光、电镜技术等方法，检测大鼠造模前后及给药前后卵巢颗粒细胞Bcl-2，Bax的表达情况。结果：造模后模型组颗粒细胞Bcl一2，Bax，Bcl-2／Bax表达水平与正常对照组差异明显，运用阳性目标面密度进行比较，经治疗后内障丸高、中、低剂量组Bcl-2表达均强于Bax。其中高剂量组的表达与正常组接近。在对照组中，Bax表达较Bcl-2强。结论：内障丸可以抑制多囊卵巢大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡及卵泡闭锁，而且可以使多囊卵巢大鼠卵泡闭锁时间提前，减轻卵巢多囊样改变，从而改善卵巢功能。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the influence onovary granular cell apoptosis factor Bcl -2 and Bax ofpuberty PCO rats treated with Neizhang Pill, Methods ： Take the 23 - day - old immature female SD rats as the object of study, progesterone - synchronized immature rats were used as the animal model for PCO by in -jecting HCG. Compared with normal control group,investigate the changement of the modelgroup＇s ovary granular cell apoptosis factor Bcl -2 and Bax. Results：The treatment group＇s expressions of Bcl -2 and Bax not differ from the control group＇s. Conclusions：Neizhang Pill could promote ovulation by inhibit ovary granular cell apoptosis and follicle atresia. |
