| 贫血病人血清转铁蛋白受体水平的研究 | |
| 摘 要： | 应用单克隆抗体（ＣＤ７１）建立了斑点免疫过氧化酶法（ＤＩＰＡ），并对６１例不同贫血病人血清转铁蛋白受体（ＴｆＲ）水平进行测定。初步结果显示慢性再生障碍性贫血病人血清ＴｆＲ水平显著降低（Ｐ＜０．００１），溶血性贫血病人和缺铁性贫血病人则显著升高（Ｐ＜０．００１），而急性失血性贫血病人血清ＴｆＲ水平与正常人差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示血清ＴｆＲ测定为贫血性疾病的诊断提供了一项实用的临床新指标。 |

| Abstract: | A dot immunoperoxidase assay(DIPA) was established by using a monoclonal antibody against the transferrin receptor, CD71(HI166). The serum transferrin receptor(TfR) levels in 61 subjects with various types of anemia were determined. The results showed that compared with the normal values, the levels were significantly lower in chronic aplastic anemia(P<0. 001) and higher in hemolytic anemia and iron deficiency anemia(P<0.001),but normal in acute blood loss anemia(P>0.05). We conclude that the measurement of the serum transferrin receptor provides a new clinical index for the diagnosis of anemic disorders. |
