摘    要:目的 建立用于测定克痢痧胶囊中丁香酚含量的气相色谱法,以提高原质量标准.方法 选用HP innowax弹性石英毛细管柱(30 mm×0.32 mm,0.25 μm);检测器为FID检测器;柱温为程序升温,初始温度为100℃,以10℃/min速率升至200 ℃,保持5 min;气体流量为1.2 mL/min(载气为氮气);分流进样,分流比为5:1,进样量为1 μL.结果 丁香酚的进样量线性范围为0.072 6~1.21μg(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为97.62%,RSD=0.56%(n=6).结论该测定方法简便、快速,准确性和重复性好,可用于克痢痧胶囊的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective To develop a GC method for determining the content of eugenol in Kelisha Capsules to control the quality better. Methods The sample was analyzed by HP Innowax column(30 mm × 0.32 mm,0.25 μm)with FID detector. The initial temperature was set at 100 ℃ ,then risen to 200 ℃ with the rate of 10 ℃/min by temperature programming and kept for 5 rain. The flow rate was at 1.2 mL/min. The split ratio was 5 : 1,the injection volume was 1 μL. Results The linear range of eugenol was 0. 072 6 - 1.21 μg (r=0.999 9).The average recovery rate was 97.62% and RSD was 0.56% (n=6).Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used for quality control of this preparation.
