| 摘 要： | 目的 对附子和半夏的化学成分研究、药理学研究进行综述.方法 查阅文献,并利用传统中医理论和现代药学研究结果分析附子、半夏的配伍合理性.结果与结论 附子、半夏化学成分复杂,配伍后变化机理尚未明确,十八反理论有待验证.

| Abstract: | Objective To review the researches on the chemical composition and pharmacology of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and Rhizoma Pinelliae. Methods By consulting the review of literature combined with the research conclusions by using the traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern pharmacy, the compatibility of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and Rhizoma Pinelliae is analyzed. Results The chemical compositions Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata and Rhizoma Pinelliae are complicated,the change mechanism after compatibility is yet unclear. The eighteen incompatible medications （Shibafan） still need to be verified. Conclusion This paper may be helpful for the researchers. |
