摘    要:目的 探索PBL教学法在普通外科临床实习教学的效果.方法 选取临床专业5年制本科生60人在我院普通外科实习随机分为两组,一组采用以PBL教学法为实验组,另一组采用传统教学法为对照组.结果 实验组成绩明显高于对照组,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 普通外科临床实习教学采用PBL教学模式,能更好地提高医学生自学能力,培养临床思维,并充分调动学生学习的积极性和主动性.

Abstract:Objective To explore the PBL teaching method in clinical practice teaching of general surgery effect.Methods clinical specialty for undergraduates in 5-year 60 people in general surgical practice in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,one group by PBL teaching method as the experimental group,another group using traditional teaching method as control group.Results the experimental group scored significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion the clinical practice teaching of general surgery using the PBL teaching mode,to better improve the medical students’ self-study ability,train the clinical thinking,and fully mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative.
