| 摘 要： | 通过测定25例慢性肾衰(CRF)患者透析前、透析中、透析后一定时限的血小板聚集功能,发现CRF患者的血小板聚集率低于正常参考水平(P<0.01),在透析过程中,CRF患者的血小板聚集率逐渐上升,至透析结束时达最高值,透析后1小时又下降。说明慢性肾衰患者经透析后,血小板功能可以得到暂时性改善。 |

| Abstract: | Through determining platelet aggregation function before, during and after dialysis in 25 chronic renal failure patients, found that CRF patients' platelet aggregation rates were significantly lower than those in normal control( P < 0.01), during dialysis, the platelet aggregation rates of CRF patients will be raised, and reached its highest level in the end of dialysis, then decreased after 60 minutes of dialysis. Our results suggested that through dialysis, CRF patients' platelet function could be temporarily improved. |
