| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定灵芝胶囊中腺苷的含量。方法：用Hypersil ODS填料色谱柱（ID4．6×250mm）,磷酸盐缓冲液（pH6．5）[取0．01mol／L磷酸二氢钠68．5ml与0．01mol／L磷酸氢二钠31．5ml,混合,（pH6．5）]-甲醇（17：3）为流动相;检测波长为260nm。流速1ml／min,柱温40℃。结果：腺苷在0．020352—0．10176μg范围内,进样量与峰面积积分值之间线性关系良好。平均回收率为99．12％,RSD为1．41％。结论：以该方法进行含量测定,方法迅速、准确,可以用于灵芝胶囊中腺苷的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective： Establishing a HPLC method to determine the adenosine content of ganoderma lucidum capsule.Methods： Column filler： Hypersil ODS column （ ID4. 6 × 250mm）, mobile phase： methanol - phosphate buffer （ 3 ： 17 ） 0. 01mol / L sodium dihydrogen phosphate 68. 5ml,0. 01 mol / L disodium hydrogen phosphate 31.5 ml （ pH6. 5 ） ] detection wavelength ：260nm. Flow rate： 1 ml/mincolumn temperature ： 40 ℃. Results： Linear relationship of injection volume and peak area is good when the content of adenosine in the range of 0. 020352 - 0. 10176μg, ;The average recovery was 99. 12%, RSD was 1.41%. Conclusion ：The HPLC method can be used in determining the adenosine content of Ganoderma lucidum capsules, and this method is quick and accurate. |
