| 摘 要： | 目的 对通脉养心丸治疗冠心病室性早搏(气阴两虚证)的临床疗效进行再评价.方法 采用随机、多中心临床研究.52例冠心病室性早搏患者随机分为两组,对照组维持原来使用西药种类和剂量不变.试验组在对照组治疗基础上加用通脉养心丸,40丸/次,每日2次口服.疗程28 d.结果试验组在室性早搏综合疗效、中医证候总积分方面显著改善,24 h动态心电图室性早搏次数显著减少,明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 通脉养心丸治疗冠心病室性早搏(气阴两虚证)疗效确切. |
