论《金匮要略》微汗法治疗痹证

《金匮要略》一书中运用汗法治疗的病、证达20种以上,微汗法出自《金匮要略·痉湿暍病脉证治第二》原文第18条,用于治疗外感风湿表实证,亦可治疗历节病等,因风为阳邪,其性轻扬开泄,易于表散;湿为阴邪,其性濡滞,难以速去,若大发其汗,则风邪虽除,而湿邪仍留滞不去,久则化燥伤阴,耗伤卫阳。广东地处岭南,常年湿邪较盛,故正确的方法是"微微似欲出汗"。笔者在临床中运用微汗法治疗类痹证,疗效明显。
