| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨有效预防肺癌术后肺部并发症的综合护理措施.方法]回顾性分析78例肺癌开胸手术病人的临床资料.结果]本组病人均能按期进行手术,术后恢复良好;本组5例病人继发轻度肺部感染,经积极治疗后治愈出院,其余均未发生肺部感染、肺不张、呼吸衰竭等并发症.结论]加强肺癌病人围术期的综合护理管理,可有效预防肺部并发症的发生.
