主动脉夹层与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征相关性研究进展

主动脉夹层是一种十分凶险的心血管疾病,尚无确定的发病机制.阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征是最常见的睡眠呼吸暂停综合征,与主动脉夹层的发生有重要的联系.笔者查阅近年来大量相关文献报道,对主动脉夹层与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征相关性进行综述,以期为主动脉夹层临床预防和治疗提供理论基础.

Relationship between aortic dissection and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

Aortic dissection is a very serious cardiovascular disease.Its pathogenesis is not determined.Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome is the most common sleep apnea syndrome and is associated with the occurrence of aortic dissection.The author reviewed a large number of relevant literatures in recent years to review the correlation between aortic dissection and obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,so as to provide theoretical basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of aortic dissection.
