血液净化护理中的安全隐患及预防对策

目的 探究与分析血液净化护理中的安全隐患及预防对策.方法 回顾性分析本院自2015年6至12月收治的接受血液净化患者48例临床资料,按照就诊时间顺序分为常规护理组与风险护理组,每组24例,常规护理组仅给予血液净化过程中的基础护理,风险护理组在其基础上对安全隐患进行分析,并实施有效的护理干预措施,对比两组并发症发生率、护理差错发生率、护理投诉率、依从率及护理满意度.结果 风险护理组并发症发生率明显低于常规护理组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜ 0.05).风险护理组患者较常规护理组相比护理差错率较低,护理投诉率较低,完全依从率较高,不完全依从率较低,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).风险护理组的满意度明显高于常规护理组,具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对血液净化过程中的安全隐患进行分析,强化护理人员的风险意识,并提高患者满意度,减少护理差错发生率及护理投诉率,值得推广与应用.

Potential safety hazard of nursing care in blood purification and its prevention countermeasures

Objective To explore and analyze the potential safety hazard of nursing care in blood purification and its prevention countermeasures.Methods 48 patients unergoing blood purification at our hospital from June,2015 to December,2015 were selected and were divided into a routine care group and risk care group according to the hospitalization time order,24 cases for each group.During the blood purification,the routine care group were given basic nursing care and in addition,the potential safety hazard in the risk care group were analyzed and they were intervened with effective nursing countermeasures.The incidences of complications and nursing errors,the rate of nursing complaints,the compliance rate,and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between these two groups.Results The incidences of complications and nursing errors and the rate of nursing complaints were lower and the compliance rate and nursing satisfaction degree were higher in the risk care group than in the routine care group,with statistical differences (P＜0.05).Conclusions The analysis the potential safety hazard of nursing care in blood purification can strengthen the risk consciousness of nursing staff,improve the patients' satisfaction degree of nursing work,and reduce the incidences of nursing errors and nursing complaints.It is worth being generalized.
