甲泼尼龙和泼尼松对肉芽肿性乳腺炎的疗效

目的 总结肉芽肿性乳腺炎的药物治疗方案,分析临床疗效,以期选择最佳治疗方案,提高该病的治疗水平.方法 对2013年7月至2014年7月确诊为肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,评价药物疗效等.结果 符合纳入标准共108例.13例经药物治疗后免于手术而痊愈,其中12例主要使用甲泼尼龙.88例药物联合手术治疗的患者中,42例单用甲泼尼龙,治愈率为95.2％;16例单用泼尼松,治愈率为93.7％;6例用甲泼尼龙联合甲氨蝶呤,治愈率为100％.结论 甲泼尼龙和泼尼松对肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者疗效明显.

The effect of methylprednisolone and prednisone on granulomatous lobular mastitis

Objective To summarize drug treatment of granulomatous lobular mastitis (GLM),and analyze the clinical curative effect in order to select the optimal treatment and improve the treatment effect.Method Retrospectively analyzed medical records for patients with GLM from July 2013 to July 2014.Results Total 108 patients met the inclusion criteria.Total 13 patients recovered without surgery,of whom 12 cases were mainly treated with methylprednisolone.88 patients received drugs combined with surgical treatment,of whom 42 cases were treated with methylprednisolone,and the cure rate was 95.2％;16 cases were treated with prednisone,and the cure rate was 93.7％;6 cases were treated with methylprednisolone combined with methotrexate,and the cure rate was 100％.Conclusion Methylprednisolone and prednisone have a great effect on patients with GLM.
