皮瓣修复治疗手外伤软组织缺损的临床效果观察

目的 探讨皮瓣修复在外伤软组织缺损中的临床修复效果.方法 选取2015年1至9月我院诊治的62例外伤软组织缺损患者资料进行分析,采用随机对照方法将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用常规修复术治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合皮瓣修复治疗,比较两组疗效.结果 实验组优20例,良8例,优良率为90.32％,显著高于对照组(优12例,良7例,优良率为61.29％),P＜0.05.结论 外伤软组织缺损患者在常规修复术基础上联合皮瓣修复治疗效果理想,能够提高临床优良率,促进缺损部位早期恢复,值得推广应用.

Skin flap repair for soft tissue defect of hand injury

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of skin flap repair for traumatic soft tissue defect.Methods 62 trauma patients with soft tissue defect treated at our hospital from January to September,2015 were selected and divided into a control group and an experimental group using randomized controlled method.The control group were treated with routine repair;and in addition,the experimental group were treated with flap repair.The curative efficacies of these two groups were compared.Results 20 cases were excellent and 8 good in the experimental group,with an excellent and good rate of 90.32％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (12 cases were excellent and 7 good,the excellent and good rate was 61.29％) (P＜0.05).Conclusions Conventional repair combined with skin flap repair for patients with traumatic soft tissue defects on the basis is ideally effective,can improve the clinically excellent and good rate,promote the early recovery of defect site.It is worth being generalized.
