改良包皮环切术治疗包皮过长60例报告

目的:探讨改良包皮环切术的方法与效果。方法:采用改良包皮环切术对60例包皮过长及包茎患者施行手术,观察总结手术效果。结果:手术时间平均25min;术中几乎无出血;所有患者均无继发出血、血肿、感染。术后1～3个月随访,测量包皮保留部分,切缘平整美观。成人组性生活状况满意度提高。结论:改良法包皮环切术是对传统包皮环切术的改进,应用简便、效果满意,是一种值得推广的包皮切除方法。

Improvement circumcision in the treatment of phimosis in 60 Cases Report

Objective：to explore the improvement of circumcision method and effect.Methods：the improved cir- cumcision in 60 cases of patients with redundant prepuce and phimosis operation, operation effect observation and summary.Results：the mean operation time was 25 rain;with almost no bleeding; all patients were no secondary bleed- ing, hematoma, infection.After 1 ~ 3 months follow-up, measuring the foreskin retaining portion, margins smooth ap- pearance. The adult group sexual life satisfaction.Conclusion：the improved metfiod of circumcision is the traditional cir- cumcision improvement, convenient application, effect satisfaction, is an alternative to promote circumcision good method.
