轮状病毒肠炎临床路径在基层医院的应用

目的研究轮状病毒肠炎临床路径在基层医院实施的实际成效。方法两组研究对象分别以临床路径、传统路径模式治疗轮状病毒肠炎,比较两组患者的满意度、疗效、费用等观察指标差别是否有统计意义。结果 （1）临床路径组健康教育水平、疗效满意程度、收费合理性增高;（2）临床路径组总住院天数延长、好转天数缩短。（3）临床路径组住院总费用、检验费用增高,日均药品费用、抗生素费用降低,以上差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床路径的实施有利于医患沟通、有利于规范医疗行为和有助于改善疗效,但临床路径的费用控制效果需具体分析,有待进一步观察。

Aplication of clinical pathway to treat rotavirus gastroenteritis in primary hospitals

Objective To analyze the effects of clinical pathway to treat rotavirus gastroenteritis in primary hospitals. Methods Patients received clinical pathway （group A） or the traditional pathway （group B） for the treatment of rotavirus gastroenteritis, and the satisfaction, clinical efficacy, medical costs of the two groups were compared. Results （1） Compared to group B, the health education levels, satisfaction of the clinical efficacy, charge ratio-nality in group A were significantly better. （2） The length of hospital stay in group A was significantly longer, and days for being better in group A was significantly shorter. （3） The total medical cost and the examination cost were signifi-cantly higher in group A, but the average daily medicine cost, antibiotics cost were significantly decreased in group A （P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical pathway is propitious for patient-doctor communication, standardization of medical behavior, and improvement of efficacy, but whether clinical pathway practice can reduce medical costs still needs concrete analysis and further observation.
