| 摘 要： | 目的调查驻高原地区某部官兵睡眠状况及影响因素。方法采用阿森斯量表(AIS)对驻高原地区边防某部队官兵进行睡眠质量测评,同时使用症状自评量表、多维度疲劳量表调查其心理健康和疲劳状况,并探讨睡眠质量与心理健康、疲劳间的相关性。结果驻高原地区边防某部队官兵睡眠质量与心理健康呈中等强度正相关,与疲劳状况呈极弱相关。结论驻高原地区军人的睡眠质量不容乐观,改善心理健康状况是提高部队官兵睡眠质量的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the sleep quality and its impact factors in frontier military personnel in high altitude area. Methods 1 012 military personnel in high altitude area were assessed by AIS, SCL -90, and MIF -20. Results The scores of sleep quality have significant correlation with mental health, and extremely weak correlation with fatigue. Conclusion The sleep quality of military personnel in high altitude area was not sat- isfied. Improving mental health status is the effective way to enhance sleep quality |
