| 摘 要： | 目的:提高小儿有机磷农药中毒的抢救成功率,探讨最佳的抢救方法。方法:对我院诊疗的51例小儿有机磷农药中毒进行回顾性分析。结果:经洗胃、导泻、阿托品和解磷注射液治疗,51例均痊愈。结论:小儿有机磷农药中毒症状不典型,耐受力差,紧急处理非常重要。
