摘    要:目的考察唐古特白刺果总黄酮对衰老模型小鼠氧化能力的影响。方法用D-半乳糖制备衰老模型小鼠,以酶标法测定小鼠血清和肝组织中MDA,SOD,GSH-PX指标的变化。结果白刺果中总黄酮能显著降低衰老小鼠血清和肝组织MDA水平,同时可提高SOD和GSH-PX活力水平。结论唐古特白刺果总黄酮具有抗氧化作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of anti-oxidative in subacute aging model mice with total flavonoids of Uighur medicine's Nitraria tangutorun Bobr.Methods The aged mice were induced by ip D( )-galactose for 8 weeks.Determined malondialdehyde(MDA) superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) in the mice's serum and Hepar with model 680 Microplate Spectrophotometer.Results Total flavonoids of Uighur medicine's Nitraria tangutorun Bobr.not only had significant inhibition effect on MDA levels but also increased the ratio of SOD activity and GSH-PX activity.Conclusion The total flavonoids of Uighur medicine's Nitraria tangutorun Bobr.has good anti-oxidative effect.
