| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血球计数仪检测血小板减低的原因。方法:对我院2007年1月至12月560例血常规检查血小板结果减低的病人标本作配对t检验。结果:146例标本用血球计数仪和显微镜计数法所测得结果较一致P>0.05,差异无显著性。414例标本用两种方法测得结果相差较大,P<0.01,差异有显著性。结论:用两种方法测得血小板结果相差较大的多为血小板假性减低。 |
