| 摘 要： | 目的检测糖尿病患者血清中的胱抑素C（CysC）与血清尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）的水平并评价胱抑素C（CysC）检测对糖尿病早期肾损害的诊断作用。方法用7170A生化分析仪采用免疫比浊法测定95例糖尿病患者的BUN、Cr和CysC的浓度,并进行分析。结果 CysC阳性率为52.5%,Cr为27%,BUN为23%。结论糖尿病患者血清中CysC阳性率明显增加,在反映糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断中比Cr和BUN更有意义。建议临床广泛地推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the early diagnostic value of serum Cystain C in the patients with dia-betes. Methods The serum CysC、Cr and BUN level were measured and analyzed. Results The positive rate CysC is 52. 5% ,Cr is 27% ,BUN is 23% . Conclusion Serum Cystain-C has important diagnostic value in the patients of diabetes. |
