参附注射液治疗老年冠心病稳定型心绞痛63例临床观察

目的观察参附注射液治疗老年冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取我院2010年3月至2013年2月收治的120例老年冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组63例与对照组57例，治疗组在对照组常规西药治疗基础上加用参附注射液治疗，治疗周期为4周，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗1个疗程后治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（χ2=8．057，P〈0．01），具有统计学意义。治疗组头痛2例、口腔溃疡1例；对照组头痛3例。结论参附注射液治疗老年冠心病稳定型心绞痛可提高临床疗效，值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Shenfu Injection in 63 cases of Elderly Patients with Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenfu Injection in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris. Methods In our hospital in 2010 March -2013 year in February 120 cases of elderly patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease patients as research subjects, were randomly divided into treatment group of 63 cases and 57 cases in the control group, the treatment group was treated with Shenfu injection treatment in the control group conventional treatment, the treatment period for 4 weeks, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results After 1 courses of treatment the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （χ2=8.057, P〈0.01）, with statistical significance. The treatment group 2 cases of headache, 1 cases of oral ulcer; the control group 3 cases of headache. Conclusion Shenfu Injection in treatment of elderly patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can improve the clinical efficacy, is worthy of popularization and application
