某院300例剖宫产围手术期抗菌药用药的分析

目的对我院剖宫产手术后患者应用抗菌药物的情况进行分析，并评价其应用的合理性。方法抽取我院2012年1～6月300例剖宫产手术患者病例，分析围手术期抗菌药物应用品种、用药频度、联合用药进行统计分析。结果300例剖宫产患者全部应用了抗菌药物，均为预防用药，使用频率最高的是头孢呋辛，占39．7％。其余的还有五水头孢唑啉、美洛西林、阿洛西林、头孢西丁等14个品种。207例单一用药，82例二联用药，17例三联用药。结论我院剖宫产手术后患者应用抗菌药物的情况存在着不合理现象，分析其使用情况有利于提高医院的合理用药水平。

Investigation of Perioperative Antibacterial Drug Utilization in 300 Patients Undergoing Cesarean Section

Objective Analysis of the situation of antibacterial drugs used for cesarean section patients and evaluation ofits application.Methods 2012 from 1 to 6 moths for 300 cases cesarean section patients were extracted and Perioperative antimicrobial agents varieties, DDDs,jointmedication were studied. Results The use of antibacterials was 100% among 300 cases cesarean section patients.Cefuroxime had the hightest using rate of those antiinfective drugs. The using rate was 39.7%.Others were Five water cefazolin,Mezlocillin,Azlocillin,Cefoxitin,and so on.207 cases of a sigle medication,82 cases combined medication,and 17 triple.Conclusion Our hospital after cesarean section, the use of antimicrobial drugs in patients, there are unreasonable phenomenon, the analysis of the situation conducive to the rational use of drugs to improve hospital level.
