高血压合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平分析

目的了解高血压合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。方法随机抽取2007年3月至2008年3月在新疆自治区人民医院高血压科住院患者227例，进行睡眠监测，同型半胱氨酸水平及血脂、血糖、颈动脉斑块检测，并对吸烟、饮酒相关危险因素调查，分为单纯高血压组，高血压合并轻度OSAS组和高血压合并中重度OSAS组进行分析。结果高血压合并中、重OSAS患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平比单纯高血压患者高，P〈0．05。随着OSAS分级的增加血浆同型半胱氨酸水平有增高趋势。结论OSAS可能是高血压合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平升高的危险因素。
