| 摘 要： | 目的 腹腔免疫化疗抗胃癌术后生腹水近期临床疗效及有关机理。方法 ４０例胃癌术后癌性腹水患者采用腹腔注射卡铁和肿瘤坏死因子α治疗，Ｂ超测定患者治疗前后腹水消褪率。结果 腹腔免疫化疗抗胃癌术后癌性腹水患者一疗程有效率７３．５％，且该治疗显著降低外周血中消化道癌相关抗原（ＣＣＡ）和ｓＩＬ－２Ｒ含量；其褪腹水有效率高于单纯腹腔化疗和静脉化疗组。结论 卡铂和肿瘤坏死因子α具有协同抗癌作用，两者合用是治疗患者

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the short term effects of intraperitoneal immunochemotherapy of postoperative gastric cancer ascites.Methods 40 cases of postoperative gastric cancer ascites were treated with intraperitoneal injection of cisplatin plus tumor necrosis factor.The levels of ascites were determined by B ultrasonograph before and after the treatment.Results The short term effective rate of intraperitoneal immunochemotherapy on postoperative ascites was 735 %.The CCA and soluble interleukin receptor(sIL2R) of cases with this treatment were markedly decreased in peripheral blood.Conclusion The intraperitoneal immunochemotherapy was a simple,safe and effective method of treatment for postoperative gastric cancer ascites. |
