HPLC法测定氯地滴眼液中氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠含量

目的:建立HPLC法测定氯地滴眼液中氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的含量。方法:用C_(18)柱为固定相,以甲醇-0.27％KH_2PO_4(50:50)为流动相,检测波长为240nm。结果:氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠分别在100～200μg·ml~(-1),12～24μg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内呈线性关系,其平均回收率(n=5)分别为99.1％,100.2％,RSD为1.7％,1.4％。结论:此方法简便、快速、准确。

Content Determination of Chioramphenicol and Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate in Ludi Eye Drops by HPLC

Objective: To establish HPLC method for the content determination of chloramphenical and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in Ludi eye drops. Method: The C18 column was used, the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-0.27% KH2PO4(50: 50), the detecting wavelength was at 240nm. Results: The standard curves of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate was linear in range of 100-200 ug.ml (r = 0.9996, n = 5), 12-24 ug.ml-1(r = 0. 9998, n = 5), respectively, and the average recoveries were 99.10% and 100.2% with RSD 1.7% and 1.4%, respectively. Conclusion: The method was simple, rapid and accurate.
