| 摘 要： | 胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)是70个氨基酸的单链多肽,其生物学活性受IGF-Ⅰ受体及胰岛素结合蛋白的调节,它可促进细胞分化,刺激RNA、DNA的合成和细胞的增殖,促进细胞的有丝分裂及分化后功能的表达,促进脂质和糖原及蛋白质的合成等。临床上可用于生长激素不敏感综合征,1型糖尿病、2型糖尿病、极度胰岛素抵抗和慢性肾衰竭、分解代谢疾病、骨质疏松等。

| Abstract: | Insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ) is a single chain polypeptide which was composed of 70amino acids.Its biologic activity is regulated by IGF-Ⅰ receptor and insulin-like growth factor binding protein.(IGF-Ⅰ) plays a crucial role in promoting the cellular differentiation,stimulating the synthesis of RNA and DNA,encouraging the cellular mitosis and subsequent function expression,promoting syntheses of lipid,glycogen and protein and so on.IGF-Ⅰ can be used to treat many diseases in clinic,such as growth hormone insensitivity syndrome,type 1 and 2 diabetes,insulin resistant,chronic renal failure,catabolism disease and osteoporosis. |
