八种校正参数对尿汞浓度影响的研究

摘    要:本研究分析了23名汞接触者在自由饮水条件下24h内收集的127个尿样,用尿比重(U_(SG))、尿肌酐(U_(Cr))、比重校正的尿肌酐(U_(SG—Cr))、尿流速调整的肌酐比率(U_(CF~b),b值分别为0.67、0.33、0.27和0.16)等参数校正尿汞测定浓度(U),以揭示其对尿汞浓度的影响。结果表明,尿肌酐、汞排泄具有明显的个体差异和体内差异。不同参数校正后尿汞浓度的变异系数,以U_(CF~0.67)最大,尿汞的测定浓度(U)的变异系数为最小。因此可以认为,U_(SG)、U_(Cr)、U_(SG-Cr)、U_(CF~b)的校正与未校正的测定浓度(U)相比并未提供明显的优点。在需作校在时,则以U_(SG-Cr)为参数较为合适。就U_(CF~b)而言,其变导系数随校正指数的减小而减小,U_(CF~0.67)的校正效果较U_(CF~0.33)、U_(CF~0.27)和U_(CF~0.16)要差。

Abstract:The urinary mercury concentrations of 127 spot urine samples collected within 24 hours from 23 medical workers exposed to mercury, who were free in fluid intake,were measured and corrected by the applications of urinary specific gravity (UsG),creatinine(UCr) .creatinine adjusted by specific gravity (UsG-Cr)and flow-adjusted creatinine ratio(UcFb,b values are 0. 67,0. 33,0. 27and0. 16, respectively). The results showed that significant inter-and intraindividual variations existed in urinary excretions of creatinine and mercury. The variation coefficient of urinary mercury concentration corrected with 0. 67is the greatest ,and that of measured urinary mercury cocentration is the least. Thus.it could be concluded that there were no sig-nificant advantages for correction with USG, UCr, USG-Cr and UcFb in comparision with directly measured concentration of urinary mercury. If the uinary adjusting concentration of mercury was necessary, USG-Cr used as a parameter for adjusting would be more valid and reliable. In the case of UcFb the variation coefficients were reduced with the decrease of adjusting exponents. The adjustment effect of UcF0. 67 on urinary mercury concentration is inferior to those of UCF0.33.UcCF0. 27, and UcrO. 16.
