| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自拟降脂汤对高脂血证的治疗作用.方法:选择高脂血证92例随机分成两组,治疗组52例用降脂汤,对照组40例用吉非罗齐胶囊,均连续服药两个疗程后,观察治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C,全血比粘度高切、全血比粘度低切、血浆比粘度、红细胞压积和血沉等变化情况.结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,血脂及血液流变学指标变化也明显优于对照组(P《0.01或P《0.05).结论:降脂汤对高脂血证有效.

| Abstract: | Objective:Study the treatment of self made Jiangzhi decoction to hyperlipemia.Method:Choose 92 cases of hyperlipemia,and divide them at random into 2 groups:52 cases of treatment group applied with Jiangzhi decoction,control group(40 cases)with Jifeiluoqi capsule,after 2 courses of treatment,observe the changes of the indexes of the 2 groups before and after treatment,i.e.TC,TG,HDL C,BVH,BVL,packed cell volume,and blood sedimentation. Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was markedly higher than that of control group,as well as the changes of blood lipid and rheology (P<0 01or P<0 05).Conclusion:Self made Jiangzhi deeoction had better therapeutic effect on hyperlipemia. |
