贫困地区农村卫生室现状及服务功能调查

目的:了解贫困地区农村卫生室的现状及其服务功能,为探索、制定合适的初级卫生保健制度提供依据。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法对贵州省8个乡内的111所村卫生室进行调查。结果:被调查地区平均每村有1.03所村卫生室,平均每千农业人口有乡村医生和卫生员1.04人;村卫生室基本设施的配备情况低于1998年我国平均水平;每个村卫生室年诊疗人数为1716.37人次,平均每个乡村医生年诊疗人数为1176.00人次;3岁以下儿童系统保健管理率为45.55%,7岁以下儿童系统保健管理率为35.59%;72.69%的居民选择到村卫生室就诊,"距离近"和"病情轻"是其主要原因,占59.34%。结论:应加强对乡村卫生人员的培养和培训、改善村卫生室的设备条件,促进村卫生室服务功能的最大发挥。

An Investigation on Village Clinics and Health Service of the Poverty-stricken Areas

Objective: To identify the village clinics and offer the basis for primary health care. Method: An investigation was made 111 village clinics by Multi-stage stratified sampling and random cluster sampling. Results: There were 1.03 village clinics per village and the village doctors and assistants per 1 000 rural population is 1.04. The percentage of medical instrument in village clinics is lower than the average level of the whole country in 1998. The number of visits in per year is 1 716.37 and each village doctor will provide 1 176 visits in village clinics the respective percent of systematic children care of 3 and 7 years old is 45.55% and 35.59%. There were 72.96% chose the village clinics Seeing the doctor, the short distance and the gentle diseases were the main reason of the choosing. Conclusion: Village clinics ought to he perfected by train village doctors and assistants the village doctors and assistants and improve the medical instruments.
