美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠联合喜炎平治疗中老年社区获得性肺炎的疗效观察

目的：观察美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠联合喜炎平治疗中老年社区获得性肺炎的疗效。方法：将97例中老年社区获得性肺炎患者随机分组。治疗组49例，采用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠联合喜炎平治疗。对照组48例，单用美洛西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率8775％，对照组总有效率68．75％，两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组治疗住院时间缩短（t=6．79，P〈0．01）。两组不良反应发生率分别为8．16％和6．25％（P〉0．05）。结论：喜炎平具有抗病毒、抗菌、清热解毒等多重作用，治疗中老年社区获得性肺炎安全、有效。

Curative effect observation of Mezlocillin sodium and Sulbactam sodium combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia

Objective：To observe the Curative effect of Mezlocillin sodium and Sulbactam sodium combined with Xiyanping in the treatment of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia. Methods ： 97 elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into treat- ment group（49 cases） and control group（48 cases）. The treatment group used Mezlocillin sodium and Sulbactam sodium combined with Xiyanping. The- control group only used Mezlocillin sodium and Sulbactam sodium. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group 87.75% ;control group in the total efficiency of 68.75%. The effect of two groups had significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group hospitalization time was shortened（ t = 6.79, P 〈 0.01 ）. Two groups of the incidence of adverse reactions were 8.16% and 6.25% （ P 〉 0.0.5 ）. Conclusion ： Xiyanping has antiviral, antibacterial, clearing heat and removing toxicitymultiple roles,is safe and effective for treatment of elderly patients with community acquired pneumonia.
