上海浦东南汇地区肇事肇祸精神疾病患者临床特征研究

目的：了解上海浦东南汇地区精神疾病患者肇事肇祸情况，提出相应干预及治疗举措，减轻此类患者社会危害程度。方法：收集从2009年6月～2012年6月因肇事肇祸而人住本院的精神疾病患者的临床资料予以回顾性分析。结果：共收集患者78例，其中男性59例（75．6％），女性19例（24．4％），未婚49例（62．8％），在婚13例（16．7％），离异16例（20．5％）；文盲2例（2．6％），小学6例（7．7％），初中27例（34．6％），高中或中专34例（43．6％），大专或本科9例（11．5％），主要病种为精神分裂症61例（78．2％）。结论：浦东南汇地区肇事肇祸精神病患者的收治数量逐年递增，以肇事行为为主要收治原因，以精神分裂症为主要疾病类型，需加强肇事肇祸精神病患者的收治和管理，需要全社会的共同关注。

Study on the clinical features of accident cause trouble patients with mental disorders in Shanghai Pudong Nanhui area

Objective：To understand the accident cause trouble situation of patients with mental disorders in Shanghai Pudong Nanhui area, making appropriate intervention and treatment initiatives, to reduce the harm to society of this type patients. Methods ： Collecting and retrospective analysis clinical data of the accident cause trouble patients with mental disorders from June 2009 - June 2012 who were admitted to the hospital. Results： Total collection patients 78 cases, which male 59 cases （75.6%）, female 19 cases （24.4%）, unmarried 49 cases （62.8%）, in marriage 13 cases （ 16.7% ）, divorced 16 cases （20.5%） ; illiteracy 2 cases （2. 6% ）, primary school 6 cases （7.7%）, junior high school 27 cases （34.6%）, high school or secondary 34 cases （43.6%）, college or undergraduate 9 cases （ 11.5% ） , main disease species is schizophrenia which have 61 cases （78.2%）. Conclusions： The number of accident cause trouble mentally ill patients admitted to a yearly increase in Pudong Nanhui area, accident is the main cause of admit- ting, schizophrenia is the major disease types, we need to strengthen the management and admitting for accident cause trouble patients with mental illness, and need a common concern of the whole society.
