文拉法辛与西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的对照研究

目的：评价文拉法辛与西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的疗效及安令性。方法：65例抑郁症患者随机分为两组，分别给予文拉法辛与西酞普兰治疗，疗程8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、临床疗效总评量表病情严重程度（CGI—SI）和治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评价疗效和不良反应。结果：文拉法辛和西酞普兰疗效相近，但前者起效稍快。两组不良反应程度轻，差异无显著性（（P〉0．05）。结论：文拉法辛是一种安全、有效的抗抑郁药。

A control study on Venlafaxine and Citaloparm in the treatment of depression

Objective：To compare efficacy and side effects between Venlafaxine and Citaloparm in the treatment of depression. Methods：65 depression patients were randomly dividend into the Venlafaxinc group（ n = 32） and the Citaloparm group（ n = 33 ）. The therapeutic Period was 8 weeks. Effects and side reactions were evaluated with HAMD, HAMA, CGI - SI and TESS before and after the treatment. Results： Venlafaxine and Citalparm efficacy is similar, but the former is slightly faster onset. Adverse drug reactions of the two groups had no significant difference. Conclusions： Venlafaxine is an effective and safe antidepressant.
