银杏叶提取物对CCl4诱发大鼠肝灌流损伤的影响

摘    要:
观察了银杏叶提取物(G-9312)对四氯化碳诱发大鼠肝灌流损伤的影响,结果表明,G-9312对四氯化碳引起的肝细胞损伤导致丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的升高有明显降低作用。提示G-9312对离体肝损伤具有保护作用。

Abstract:
The paper reported the effect of extract of Folium Ginkgo (G 9312) on perfused rat liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride. The results showed that G 9312 obviously reduced the release of alanine aminotransferase, aspartic aminotransferase and lactic dehydrogenase from carbon tetrachloride induced hepatocytes. It indicated that G 9312 possesses a hepatoprotective action on isolated liver injury.
