| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)患者眼动脉(OA)血流量变化。材料与方法:应用彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)检测41例PIH患者81条OA和36例正常妊娠(NP)者72条OA的血流速度、血管内径,计算每条动脉的血流量。结果:PIH组OA平均血流速度、平均血管内径及血流量与NP组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:PIH患者OA血流量较NP者增多。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To explore volume changes of OA in patients with pregnancy-induced Hypertension Syndrome(PIH).Materials and Methods:Velocity of blood flow and vessels ID were determined by Color Doppler Ultrasound(CDUS) in both 81 stripes of OA in PIH patients and 72 stripes of OA in NP,and the volume of blood flow in each artery was calculated.Results:There were significant differences in OA mean velocity of blood flow,mean vessels ID and volume of blood flow in PIH group compared to NP group(P<0.01,<0.05,<0.01,respectively).Conclusion:The volume of OA blood flow in PIH patients is higher than that of NP patients. |
