| 摘 要： | 目的：确保治疗安全，避免差错、纠纷，提高治疗摆位工作的精确度和准确度。方法：探索科学的管理制度和工作程序，用完善的制度和程序指导工作方法。结果：技术管理标准化规范了治疗师的操作程序，提高了技术水平。结论：它使医疗和患者对治疗工作的满意度大为提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To ensure the safety of treatment and to avoid conflicts and mistakes so as to increase the accuracy and precision of positioning. Methods The scientific and complete management and work procedures were explored and applied in real treatment, Results The technical management standardization can be stipulated operation process in therapists.
