功能性治疗在髁突骨折中的应用及其临床疗效研究

目的探讨功能性治疗在髁突骨折中的应用及其临床疗效。方法将2006年1月—2010年6月于该院进行治疗的64例髁突骨折患者随机分为对照组和观察组各32例,观察组在对照组的基础上进行功能性治疗,后将两组患者的治疗总优良率、并发症发生率及干预前、干预后6个月及12个月的张口度、咬合关系优良率进行观察。结果观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,干预后6个月及12个月的张口度、咬合关系均优于对照组,P均0.05,均差异有显著性。结论功能性治疗在髁突骨折中的应用效果较佳,可显著改善咬合状态,并且可显著降低并发症发生率。

Application and clinical effect of functional treatment for condylar fracture

Objective To study the application and clinical effect of functional treatment for condylar fracture. Methods 64 patients with condylar fracture in Changping Hospital admitted from January 2006 to June 2010 were divided into control group and observation group with 32 cases in each group, and the observation group were treated with functional treatment based on the treatment of control group, then the total treatment excellent and good rate,incidence of complications and mouth opening, excellent and good rate of occlusal relation before and after the intervention at sixth and twelfth month were observed. Results The total treatment excellent and good rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, incidence of complications was lower than that of control group, mouth opening, excellent and good rate of occlusal relation after the intervention at sixth and twelfth month were all better than those of control group, P 〈 O. 05. There were all significant differences. Conclusion The application effect of functional treatment for condylar fracture is better, which can significantly improve occlusal relation and decrease incidence of complications.
