老年人隐性左心衰竭的诊断(附12例误诊分析)

本文就12例老年人隐性左心衰竭误诊进行了总结分析。其中男性10例,女性2例,年龄最小62岁,最大84岁,平均69岁。病因:冠心病9例,高血压病2例甲亢1例。发病诱因:心律失常2例,剧烈活动3例,无痛性心梗4例,情绪激动1例,输液不当2例。其中1例误诊为胃炎伴气管炎,1例误诊为感冒合并气管炎,其余10例均误诊为气管炎。这些病例开始均按气管炎治疗,结果症状日趋严重后按心衰治疗,症状迅速缓解至消失。本文提示了对老年人的呼吸系统症状应警惕隐性左心衰竭的可能性。

Clinical diagnosis of old people''''s recessive left heart failure (Misdianostic analyses of 12 cases)

This article analysed 12 cases of the misdiagnosis of old people recessive leftheart failure. Of then,ten were male and two female; the youngest one was 62 and the oldestone 84. Cause of disease: 9 cases were coronary heart disease, 2 Cases were high blood pres-sure disease, and 1 was hyperthyroidism; exciting cause: 2 cases were arrhythmia; 3 caseswere heavy activity. 4 cases were non--pain myocardial infarotion,I was agitation. 2 were in-correct intravenous transfusion of the 12 cases,I case was misding nosed as gustritis allom-panied by trachitis,I case was misdiagnosed as cold auompanied by trachitis, and the left 10cases were all misdiagnosed as trachitis. All these cases were treated as trachitis at first. As aresult,the symptom was more and more serious. Then they were treated as heart failure,thesymptom was released rapiolly. The article shows that we must caution against the possibili-ty of regarding the old people's rscessive left heart failure as the respiratosy disease.
