| Abstract: | Flubendazole is a new kind of broad-spectrum antiworm drug. Its data of mutation test have not been reported yet. It deals with the test of flubendazole on chromosome aberrations in the cultrue CHL cells. The results showed that under the circumstances of nonmetabolized activation, it is a strong positive mutagen, and its type of aberration is polyhaploid. Thus, it may be a sort of spondle poison. |
